UK Employee Experience Awards

The UK Employee Experience Awards is known as one the most innovative and creative events in the calendar for all employee-centric businesses across the UK.

The Awards unique one-day format encourages learning, networking and celebrating, recognising some of the best employee experience initiatives in the UK.

The Awards are judged by panels of independent business men and women. The scoring methodology and criteria, endorsed by Cranfield School of Management, are available for all to see.

The Awards give everyone a great opportunity to network and further their knowledge, as many of the Finalist presentation sessions are open for all to attend, giving all attendees an insight into the best HR practice of many other successful businesses and organisations.

Our team of Judges also provide a benchmarked feedback report once the Awards are over. This gives the Finalists the possibility of further improving their own employee experience systems based on the knowledge of our experts.
